Okay, so I saw the commercials for FlashForward on TV. It's on ABC, for those curious, and I think they show it on Thursday nights. It's one of those ideas that would be good for a movie, but they took the idea too far and turned it into a TV show. There won't be many seasons of this show, I can tell you that right now. Basically, the concept of the show is this: For exactly 2 minutes 17 seconds, every single human being on Earth blacks out. During this blackout, they have a dream of some sort. It shows themselves, 6 months in the future. April 29, 2010, to be exact. I watched the pilot episode (For some reason it was on tonight (which is a Friday), even though they show it on Thursdays? I dunno.) just to see what it was like. It wasn't bad. They have alright actors. Although some things are a bit confusing. Although it shocks me how stupid people are. During the commercial breaks, they would point out things in the episode that are obvious clues about what's to come later in the show. I was like "...wat. You don't have to tell me to remember that clue. I noticed it instantly when I first saw it, dummy." Anyway, has anyone else watched any of it? Please don't tell me I'm the only one. ;A; The funny (and pathetic) part about it was... There was a part where one of the guys was describing his FlashForward (the "dream" during the blackout) and he was writing "Who else knows?" on a piece of paper. My first thought: BUT WHO WAS PHONE??OTL
